Gabe's Place Apartments was established in
1990, by a student at the University of Illinois.

As a student with limited resources, Gabe came
to appreciate the balance between what we want
and what we can afford. Gabe's Place Apartments
therefore takes your budget into consideration when
it sets its rates. Not every student can afford to pay
$400 or more per person for an apartment. We therefore
set our price below the prevailing rate for comparable
apartments on campus. Most importantly all of our
apartments are within walking distance to the quad.
